This arrangement means that we can offer 4 delivery options bringing you the service that best suits your needs

You may therefore choose between:

  • Home delivery between 8am and 1pm
  • Delivery to one of So Colissimo's partnering stores
  • Delivery or pick-up from any one of 10,000 post offices across France
  • Scheduled delivery (inner Paris only) between 5pm and 9:30pm for an additional charge of 4 ?

With So Colissimo, you will receive e-mail and SMS updates at each stage of delivery:
- Once your package is available at your chosen store.
- If you have not come to collect your package within 5 days.
In addition, you may track your package at any time via the So Colissimo web site.

We undertake to process your order as soon as possible (average 4-5 working days, not contractually binding). Once your order leaves our picking depots, So Colissimo undertakes to deliver it within 48 hours.
